The staff here is exceptional in ensuring a relaxing experience with great service, including shuttle to-and-from the airport and complimentary Wi-Fi.

i had reserved a premier room several weeks ahead of time. When we arrived we were told they were out of that type of room. This hotel caters to the masses!

The rooms are brand-new and beautifully maintained plus have essentials you need. The breakfast was freshly prepared and hot, we loved a huge variety of meals. The location is prime and best possible and it is not far from the restaurant, Downtown / old market area, and THE CENTER. Facilities are great, and there's shuttle to casino.

The hotel is recently renovated and managed by service-oriented people. I truly enjoyed staying in our newly decorated king room with a sofabed and internet. The morning breakfast was fresh and nicely hot. Complimentary wine and drinks are provided.

I loved the concept of the beverage and snack service in the evening.

I thought the restaurant facility left a little to be desired. No one ate there so I don't think I am alone in those thoughts

The whole experiance. Everything was amazing. Perfect breakfast, and complimentary drinks. Staff was amazing and helpful.

The price. But that is normal with every hotel you stay at. Expected for being downtown on the old market. Other then that. Everything was wonderful.

My room was beautifully maintained, had a nice bathtub, and a lovely view of the park; the location was great, right near downtown eateries.

Free convienient shuttle bus to airport and local places free happy hour. Great breakfast included. Very nice lobby with stream and waterfall

My 1 year old daughter found a pill on the floor and had it in her mouth, I called poison control, and found out it was a weight loss pill. The mini fridge still had left over food inside of it from the previous guest, not clean or safe for kids.

The service was excellent, they provided a shuttle to and from the airport, and the location in downtown was fantastic and beautiful.

Check in staff was great, even when we asked that all 5 rooms be in the same area. Received double beds instead of the king originally booked but no issues when we went back to the front desk to move rooms and our entire group. Very clean and very comfortable beds.

Showing signs of wear, especially in the bathroom. Paint peeling in ceiling areas, I assume due to moisture. Breakfast: No forks when we arrived, no potatoes, and only sausage links on buffet. Previous stays included bacon on the buffet line, not just the "breakfast-to-order." Coffee empty, chocolate milk empty, slow on replenishing the glasses, also. Muffins were very dry.

This place is like an Oasis after a long drive from Denver. The hotel is Situated across the street from Old Town making it very convenient for walking over to Spaghetti Works for some comfort food and shopping.

The excellent staff made my stay very relaxing. The hotel's location is marvelous and stunning, close to restaurants and the tournament. It's just steps away from La Buvette, offering nice drinks and cocktails.

I enjoyed the breakfast and, dinner get together. The pool, staff and the room service was outstanding!

There was a moment when I could smell sewer gas bad! It was very short lived. All and all was a great weekend!

Desk staff were like a 4 star hotel, knowledgeable, professional, polite, and speedy! Breakfast buffet was hot, fresh, and good variety for us. Sauna, hot tub and pool were used and were clean and nice.

We thought we would have queen beds, but had 2 double beds. Too small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Fold out sofa allowed some help. Wasn't crazy about the standard dusty fake greenery on all the railings.
